How is the overall day in this camp for a female white collar offender? Are they jobs readily available for new inmates

Most new inmates are either put in the kitchen, on orderly detail, or landscaping. There are other more specific jobs but they are reserved for the inmates that work their way up through the job system. Having a job is mandatory but they are not long hour days and you need something to get you into a routine to make the time go by faster.
