Do you have to provide witnesses and the Chaplin to marry you?

Do you have to provide witnesses and the Chaplin to marry you? Also i heard about the inmates debit becoming your debit and you owing his fees while hes incarcerated is that true? One person said their entire income tax was garnished, is that possible? How would you claim that on taxes?

We do not have any service that provides for "witnesses" at a prison wedding. The correctional officer watching over the ceremony is as good a witness as any, and they are there at no charge to you. There is no transfer of debt in this country to a new spouse, unless you created the debt with your fiance prior to the marriage. The IRS can definitely garnish income taxes owed from whatever source the income is coming from including any tax refund. You should really contact a certified public accountant to get any further tax advice.
