I have heard that in prison child molestors are hated and have to be separated from the rest of the inmates for their own safety (of the molestor). Why are they so hated and are there any other crimes which are hated inside the prison? Thank you so much for taking time out of your day to answer this question! :)

Convicted child molesters are called CHO-MOEs by the other inmates. Child molestation is at the top of the "hate list" for inmates along with "snitches" and could be targeted for beatings by groups of bully inmates.
