Do we have to be placed on a list by the inmates in order to visit them in the Rio Grande Detention Center?

GEO facilities are privately run and are very conscious of sticking to the protocol they design that got them the contract in the first place. This means that the visitation is a tightly run operation where you will have to go through the screening process before being allowed visits.
