There was a $29.2 million cut in the budget for corrections in Louisiana ...what could that mean for the prisons?

Less money means less salary options which means fewer guards on each shift, lower quality of food (if that is possible), less transfers, less recreation, less medical... budget cuts for corrections will trickle down into all facets of the prison operations.
