Help me find an inmate in federal prison, please

I would like to know if this inmate is my friend that I have been searching for. Can I please find out when he started his sentence. Robert Duane Jones - I think he is in Lompoc - CA he is white age 51 and went missing the end of March. But in may be a different Prison or Jail. He lives in California - Thank you
