Hi my brother has been sentenced to SAFPF/2282. Will he be going to prison and the 2282 is that the number of time he has to do?He is in Wichta Falls county jail at the moment. Can you tell me if there is a SAFPF in that area?

There are a few Substance Abuse Felony Punishment Facility facilities within the TDCJ but the inmate designation is done solely by the the State without prejudice. The 2282 is not enough information to trigger any answer from us so we are not sure what it is. It might be a penal code, something to do with restitution but it is definitely not the sentence length.
