I've answered this type of question many times over the years working here, and the readers know that we are only guessing at the possible outcome from our own experience. The biggest issues are 1) criminal history 2) value of the crime 3) were people hurt 4) was property lost or damaged. If this was victimless, then it will weigh heavily on her criminal history. If this is a first-time offense there is a very high likelihood she can get this moved to pre-trial intervention. She gets into a program and the charges are somewhat dismissed upon completion. If this is more than that, it will come down to the "other mitigating circumstances around this charge" as to whether she has to do some time.
