I send mail about twice a week and some of the articles come back with a pink slip saying no scanned photos are allowed but the photos from the internet are not scanned they are printed on white paper and black or colored ink. The photos are just general no profanity, sexual attire or porno. i did speak with someone about this and i was told the the photos have to be on photo paper but they never wrote this on the pink slip.
