If my boyfriend is picked up on a probation revocation and has no bond right now what are the chances that he will get a bond after seeing judge? Also what are the chances they give him one more chance for probation?

Revocation of probation is a serious offense. Since we don't know what he did to get this revoked, it's hard to guess what might happen. Typically, there is no bond and if the PO's charge affidavit is strong enough he will have to serve the remainder of time left on his original sentence. If he is contrite at the hearing and the judge is in a good mood, he might get a second chance but we would only give that a 10% odds of happening.
