If sentenced to FCI Mcdowel Camp, how long after arriving to FCI Mcdowel will you have to stay in medical and is there anything I can do to speed this process up

Not really, most people coming into the camp are quarantined for a week or two in the SHU before being allowed to walk over to the camp.
