My brother in law is in a Florida co. Jail. He has a hold for Alabama doc parole violation. He has been there almost 30 days Alabama still hasn't picked him up. He went to court this morning and the judge gave him a bond. Will he really be able to bond out?

If the judge says so, it must be so... but when there is a detainer, from another state, it's hard to envision them letting him out.
