My cousin is serving a life sentence in federal prison. I haven't heard from him via email in over a year. How can I find out if he's OK. I'm really worried.

You can go on the BOP website to see his location but unfortunately there is nothing you can do to find out his health or well-being outside of calling his case manager or unit team secretary at the facility.
