My friend was on probation when he got charged with possession for personal use, what is going to happen

A friend was in drug court & on probation when he got charged with possession & personal use (heroin) He's serving 3 months in jail (not prison) so will he still be in drug court & on probation when he gets out or did he kill all that when he gets out?

There might be some interest by the prosecution to extend the period (for your friend's own good). Heroin is not going to help keep him out of jail in the future. It's time for them to wake up and address the drug use or his life will be a revolving door, in and out of prison (not jail).
