My husband is supposed to get released early into a halfway house in late October/ early November 2015. but every time I check the bop website it still says he won't be released until 2016. do you know why that might be

The release date on the BOP website is the inmate's "out date". Halfway house is considered "still in custody" as an inmate will be in an adjustment to reentry phase. The release date is when the inmate is officially released from the halfway house.
