What does unit IH mean at Jefferson Parish Correctional?

What does unit IH mean at Jefferson Parish Correctional? They only receive mail on Thursdays, not like the other inmates that get mail Mon-Fri.

It is segregated housing within the facility. It is used for disciplinary or administrative segregation from the general population.
