When you write to an inmate in a different language (spanish), does this slows the process in order for the inmate to receive correspondence with in 3 to 4 days?

The letter in Spanish should not slow down the process unless the staff in the mail room is unable to translate it. As you know, they ope and read every single piece of incoming inmate mail and decided whether or not to hand it out to the inmate at their sole discretion.
