Who do ask for help..they have inmates on lock down damn near everyday. This is at bridgeport facility... they be on lock dwn 4 to 5 days no showers are allowed. No explanation to why they on lock dwn all the time.

Prison is hell. This sounds like group punishment which happens all the time. There is literally nothing you (or your inmate) can do but endure the time and focus on being better when they are released (because you surely don't want to go back)
