Knowing more about the case will help locate that information. What was he charged with? What jurisdiction charged him (state, federal)? Was there violence?
Sometimes when someone is arrested near the weekend, they will make them wait until Monday for arraignment. Possibly the judge was not available. You could call the facility and ask - or call the Clerk of the Court as they would know too.
