Work crews play a vital role in the facility's operations, engaging in various assignments spanning industries and community projects facilitated by Arizona Correctional Industries and Intergovernmental Agreements. These crews undertake diverse tasks, including agricultural work at Hickman’s Egg Farm and manufacturing activities at Playcraft Trailers. Additionally, inmates contribute to food service, building maintenance, vehicle upkeep, and general labor efforts aimed at maintaining institutional grounds.
