Located in Olney Springs, CO, CCCF operates as a private contractor with various government agency agreements providing state-minimum custody requirements. Programs are offered to all custody levels, including work release residents focused on reentry success. With a strong emphasis on rehabilitation, CCCF provides comprehensive educational and vocational opportunities. Onsite amenities include dietary, health, fitness, educational, religious, and recreational services. The CCCF was established by Crowley County in 1998 and has been operated by CoreCivic for the Colorado Department of Corrections (CDOC) since its inception. Originally a medium security prison, CCCF was purchased by CoreCivic in 2003. With an operational capacity of 1,824, CCCF functions as a level III facility. It primarily serves as a medium custody-level facility, offering programs geared towards basic education, vocational training, mental health, substance abuse treatment, and reentry programs.

Call 719-267-3548 ext. 23898 - Thursday through Monday - 8:30 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. Email the request to crowleyvisitation@corecivic.com (include: visitors names, inmate name and CDOC#, date of visit requested) a verification email will be returned to the sender's email confirming the visit.
