The Cochise Co Main Jail is a detention center located at 203 N Judd Dr Bisbee, AZ which is operated locally by the Cochise County Sheriff's Office and holds inmates awaiting trial or sentencing or both. Most of the sentenced inmates are here for less than two years. Cochise County accepts inmates from surrounding towns, Bisbee Police Department, and the US Marshal's Service.

The Cochise County Detention Division oversees the main jail and also manages two substations, which serve as temporary holding facilities. These substations are situated at 100 Colonia de Salud in Sierra Vista and 450 South Curtis Avenue in Willcox, providing additional resources to support the detention needs of the county.
