The Federal Correctional Institution, Manchester (FCI Manchester), situated in Kentucky, is a medium-security federal prison for male inmates managed by the Federal Bureau of Prisons. Spread across a 240-acre property, with 39 acres enclosed by a perimeter fence, FCI Manchester is located approximately 75 miles south of Lexington.

The prison also offers apprenticeships in various fields, including cabinetmaking, plumbing, and welding. Leisure libraries offer reading materials, while inmates have access to legal materials for preparing documents. A UNICOR facility at FCI Manchester produces clothing and textiles.

Recreation activities include organized and informal games, sports, physical fitness, hobby crafts, music programs, and movies. The recreation yard features amenities such as a track, soccer and softball fields, handball courts, pull-up bars, and an outdoor weight pile.
