Rayburn Correctional maintains a database of current inmates and their locations within the system. To locate an inmate, begin by using the DOC locator tool, which requires entering the first three letters of the inmate's first and last name, allowing for variations in spelling.

If unable to locate the desired information through free resources, users may opt to use the Arrest Record Search, which requires payment. While this option incurs a small fee, it provides access to the most up-to-date data available.

Visitation Information

Visiting hours at Rayburn Correctional Center are scheduled between 11:45 a.m. and 3:45 p.m. on Thursdays, and from 8:00 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. on Fridays through Sundays. However, visitors must arrive at the facility's front gate by 2:00 p.m. to undergo processing for visiting.

During visits, each imprisoned individual is permitted up to six visitors at a time in the Visiting Room. Non-walking infants are allowed as a seventh visitor. Approved visitors typically receive an allowance of two visits per month. However, imprisoned individuals in minimum custody or those participating in the PRESS program are granted three visits per month from their visitors.

It's important to note that visitors are generally permitted to visit only one imprisoned person at a time unless prior approval is obtained from the warden.

The duration of visits varies depending on the day and the custody status of the imprisoned individual. Visits on Thursday and Friday are typically allotted two and a half hours, while visits on Saturday and Sunday last for one and a half hours. However, individuals designated as minimum custody and/or having PRESS status are allowed to visit for three hours. In instances of overcrowding, visitation times may be shortened at the staff's discretion.
