Toler House is a residential reentry center that accommodates male and female offenders referred from the Federal Bureau of Prisons that are preparing to reenter the community. The focus of the program is on job preparation and securing employment.

SERVICES
  • Logan Hall provides a full array of residential reentry services designed to reduce recidivism.
  • Logan Hall provides individual assessments, individual and group counseling, substance abuse treatment, life skills training, educational services and GED testing, family counseling, and housing referrals.
  • The services provided at Logan Hall focus on life skills to allow residents to reenter society productively.
  • The goal of Logan Hall is to provide services identified by our highly skilled treatment team to assist residents with reintegration.
  • All residents are offered the services of the Alumni Association. The association provides supportive resources that assist in their reentry process.
  • Federal Bureau of Prisons and New Jersey State Parole residents have access to institutions of higher educational and vocational schools that offer the opportunity to prepare for the workforce.
  • CEC is the service provider for Education and Health Centers of America, Inc. at Logan Hall.
