The Cremer Therapeutic Community Center is a minimum-security state reentry facility for residents overseen by the Department of Corrections (DOC). The center currently provides the inmates housed there with at least six months of treatment and behavior modification as part of the Offenders Under Treatment (OUT) Program and the Board Substance Abuse Program (BDSAP).
