The Duncan Unit, catering to male inmates, has a capacity of 530 individuals and accommodates custody levels G1, G2, and transient inmates within its premises sprawling across approximately 25 acres. While lacking manufacturing and logistics operations, the facility engages in agricultural endeavors through its unit garden.

Notably, all services, including 40 wheelchair-accessible beds, are available on a single level.
