  • Infants and Toddlers are allowed to sit on a visitor's lap and do not count as a 2nd person.
  • Any visitors under the age of 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and must also have a birth certificate.
  • If a minor is accompanied by a legal guardian that is not a parent they must have proof of guardianship.
  • Visits are granted on a 1st come 1st served basis.
  • Upon admittance into the correctional facility, all inmates are entitled to a 10-minute non-contact visit within their 1st 24 hours in the facility.
  • Visitation rules are posted in the jail lobby, if any of those rules are violated the visit will be ended.
  • Passing of any contraband ( any unauthorized item) is a violation of New York Penal Law 205.20, You will be arrested.
  • Proper attire is required, no jackets or hooded sweatshirts, No low-cut or see-through clothing, No tank tops or sleeveless shirts.
