Here is the issue with refunds. When a line is ordered and issued, there is a hard cost to InmateAid, regardless of usage unless there is an overage amount above the plan limit. We get charged for every line that is active on the first of the month. Therefore, any concession that is made is solely a gesture of good will as it is a monetary loss to us. In your case, we would be happy to get you another number for the new situation. Please email us the new information (aid@inmateaid.com) and we will establish a new service for you for that inmate at no charge for the first month.
