My son was just sentenced to 25 yrs and taken the Kirkland on May 26th. Will he be able to call me? How do I get in touch with him.

We are sorry to hear the news of your son's sentence. There is going to be an orientation period of a week or so. Once that is completed, he will be allowed to make phone calls (you cannot call him) through GTL-Connect Network. If you are in South Carolina, we might be able to save you a decent amount with an out-of-state number (that forwards to your current number). You can write him and send him reading material that he's interested in. That would be our advice.
