I've been sentenced to 30 months in federal for a white collar crime and I am eligible for RDAP, how much time off will i get

I've been sentenced to 30 months in federal for a white collar crime and I am eligible for RDAP. I understand the rules have changed for sentence reduction for those sentenced to 31 or less months. The bop list up to 6 months reduction. So with good time (4.5 months at 85%), 6 months for RDAP completion, and 6 month is in a halfway house or home confinement? How much actual time will I serve at Federal Fort Dix before being transferred if I successfully complete RDAP?

Once you are approved by Texas for inclusion into an RDAP class your out date will then change on the BOP website. The date will be calculated like this: 30 - 6 = 24 x .85. Sentence duration is 20.4 months but your release date from the camp will be at 14.4 months, assuming that you get 6 months of halfway house. Once in the halfway house if you have an approved residence and a job, you could get home confinement after 2-3 weeks in the halfway house. RDAP is a nine month program. You will be in the RDAP housing unit. You will be held to a higher standard than the other inmates. If you would like to speak to someone and ask more questions, call 866-966-7100.
