Hi my fiance is in a private prison, His cell mate has taken some of his things like head phones ect. & switched the parts where their names are so the cellmates name is on my fiances nicer newer property. My fiance is in their for 1st & 2nd degree assault & does not want to get in any fights or anything violent because it wont look good & his goal is to do his time & get out of there. What should he do? Thanks.

How does a guy with a double assault charge allow ANYONE to take from him without getting a little crazy?If he allows another inmate to take his stuff, then he can expect more of this to happen. We are not advocating that he get into fights, but the predators that he's locked up with will see this as weakness, him an easy mark and they will continue taking from him until there is nothing left to take. He can be passive, but at some point he's going to have to take a stand or maybe becoming a victim of violence himself because when he has no stuff to take, they might start getting physical.
