I sent a letter to my inmate yesterday and this morning it said "sent" around 9:00am. At 5:00pm today i got a email saying he has been transferred. Did he receive my letter before he was transferred? Does "sent" mean the inmate recieved it?

No, he definitely did not get it. Send us the inmate's name and new location, we will remail it for you at no charge.
