I've set up the discount call function, However this facility it uses GTL, it does not use this portal. Can I get a refund?

InmateAid's service is not a replacement (or portal) for GTL or any other prison service, we provide a local number matching the same rate center as the jail. Using the local number through GTL is less expensive by several dollars per call, than a long distance call to any other number. Your number was not local to the jail. We recommend either calling GTL and placing the local line on your AdvancePay account or logging into your GTL account and swap the numbers - there is no fee to do this. The justification for using InmateAid's numbers is felt from the savings of 4-5 calls per month. There are no contracts just service terms and there no refunds once the lines are issued, the phone numbers are not immedialtely recyclable by federal law.
