Okay my brother in law was just transferred from County jail to the next stop at Ouachita River in Malvern. What's the first couple of days like . When will they get to use the phone ? Can they make collect calls or do they need money on there phone deposit ?

There is a short orientation period where the incoming inmates get acclimated to the rules, regulations and expectations. Once they are settled (less than a week normally), they can access the phone, commissary and create visiting lists.
