Question for former GTL VA inmates: How can an inmate delete phone numbers from their call list. How do they find out what numbers are currently on their phone list if they forget?

The inmate controls their own phone and visitation list. They can add or delete any phone number of their choosing. If they 'forget a number', they can ask their counselor to print out a report of their numbers.
