Inmates do not have Internet access. However this is not 100% certain that they will not see this profile in the event that another inmate has a smuggled smartphone in there. This is an problem issue for the prison system but it does happen from time-to-time.

We estimate that it takes 2-3 business days to make it to the jail. Once there, the staff opens and reads each piece of mail and inspects it for contraband. Any delay that occurs at the facility is out of our control. Two DUIs is enough proof that his drinking is way beyond troubling. If a former inmate does ANYTHING after release, the sentence is harsher, the custody level heightened and the future bleaker. ANYTHING!! Its a total straight line or they are sent back - He will be on probation or supervised released which might include unscheduled breathalyzer and/or blood testing as the terms will surely prohibit drinking during this period. He has to be able to look in the mirror

There are a few options to consider. 1) he has the resources to contact a divorce lawyer who is then allowed to visit him at the facility;. 2) he can use the law library and research how to file for divorce on his own; 3) he can hire one of the many "jailhouse lawyers" which are merely inmates with the know-how from  filing on behalf of other inmates.
