Q: My wife was picked on a warrants 2 weeks ago. If has a $5000 cash only bond, not 10%. A week later the prosecuting attorney called me and said that the judge reduced the bond by $1000. I'm sorry but I don't have that kind of money just laying around and told her that I cannot do that. She then says that she can ask the judge if she can get out on no bond and have another year probation. Just kinda curious of why they would do this?
