Q: Hi. My husband got denied transfer from a level 4 to a level 3, from Garner CI to a closer facility, Brooklyn CI. He has been incarcerated for 23 years now, been at garner for 11 years. Can he complain to the warden ? Or can I as a wife / other family do something ?

Q: Hi. My husband is located at Garner CI. Around last year there have been talk about those JPay tablet to inmates at Garner CI, but nothing yet, I can not seem to find anything nowhere, if it is in process or anything, can you?. Thanks :-)
