Q: Hello. On May 8 I set up a discount telephone number. I received an email from Inmate Aid the next day advising that that my new number had bee activated. However, my inmate (who is in Creek County Jail) cannot get through when dialing this number. He has been trying for days, he's getting frustrated and I'm well beyond that. Please advise.
