Q: What does it mean when I see 6 different profiles of the same name on my inmate aid account? Do you see just the profiles you've made yourself or do you see ones that others have made of the same guy? Is there anyway to delete some of the profiles?
Q: How hard is it to get envelopes and send letters? If nobody sends money to the prisoner are there ways they can send mail anyway??
Q: My daughters father is at shutter creek in north bend Oregon I believe he's getting his g.e.d. and is taking classes for that. I have heard that prisoners don't have access to the internet but it looks as if he posted on Craigslist. Is there anyway that's possible❔
