Q: My loved one has not had any communication in a while which is most unusual. While this is new for all of us including the inmate 33403-016. How do I check to see if he is ok. I am loosing weight with worry and just want to know that he is ok. Thanking you in advance, Donna M. Stewart-Moore PS did he receive the letter and pictures I sen thru your agency?!
Q: My loved one is in McCreary Satellite Camp. I would like to ascertain if your cheaper phone service is offered there? Not really understanding how this works but I think I'm hearing a person (ME) can receive a local number and when he phones me it will save him money or does this have anything to do with his minutes. How many minutes does he get and does he have unlimited phone access meaning he can phone whenever he want and how many times he wants? Please tell how this works where he is?
Q: Does the Inmates minutes begin the day they enter ie enter 11/10 to 12/10 = 30 Days = 300minutes or is it 11/1-12/1 =30 day equal 300minutes of talk time. Can't seem to get it right
