Answers From Ask The Inmate
Q: How much did you put on your phone?
Q: We live in Illinois, and my boyfriend was sentenced 90 days for not having his fine payed, and he didn't get a bond from the judge. Is there anyway we can try to get him a bond, or if we were to pay his fine while he was In there, is there a possibility he could get out?
Q: If you have no bond, is it still possible to get out of jail?
Q: I called his lawyer for him, he said he doesn't represent him anymore. So therefore he represents himself. Would I be allowed to call the judge or his probation officer, and ask them if he can get a bond or if he was to pay his fine if he could be released?
Q: He was sentenced to 90 days in jail for not having his fine payed on time, he is on probation, I just don't understand why he didn't get a bond? I talked to his lawyer he said he doesn't represent him anymore, called the circuit courts office, she said he represents himself now. So I was gonna try to see if he would be able to get a bond or not. Who would I talk to, to see if he can get a bond? I called his probation officer, and left a message.
Q: Well he went to jail for not paying his fine, not having his drug classes done, and he tested dirty the day of court. So they sentenced him to 90 days with no bond to be bonded out. He's got about 80 days left, but he was tryna see if he could get a bond. Do you think there could be a possibility of getting one?
Q: If you went to jail for 90 days for not having your fine payed, testing dirty the day of court, and not finishing your drug classes, and your on probation. Is there a possibility you could get put before you serve your 90 days?
Q: You guys said to call the judge's secretary, they have the judge's ear. But, how would I get ahold of the judge's secretary or the judge? Would I just call the court house, and ask for one of them or what?
Q: I sent a letter, and pictures to my bf that's in county jail in ullin il, I sent it on Monday and for some reason he still hasn't received it, but all other mail that I've ever sent him he gets it in about 1-3 days, but this time he hasn't got it. I've checked my mail to make sure it didn't get returned or anything. So, do you know what the issue could be with him not getting it yet? What could I do to figure out what happened? It has lots of pictures of our kids in the letter I sent, so I'm just trying to figure out what happened because any other time he receives the letters within a day or two.
Q: The pictures and letter, I sent him wasn't through you guys online. I sent it with the USPS, through the mail. They have been having mail call everyday since Monday, so he calls and tells me he still hasn't got it. Idk, why they would hold his mail, but give everyone there's if it did get there. Idk, what happened to it. I just hope he receives it, or it gets sent back to me. Is there anyway I can track it?
Q: Are the inmate's allowed to receive Valentine's Day cards in the mail through USPS?
Q: What time do you usually get released from jail?
Q: I know that, I was asking you guys what time they usually release you from jail?
