Q: I'm new to this all. My friend is in a county jail in Jacksonville Illinois and I live in Illinois @1.5 hours away. I want to set up discount phone service but I want to pay it with my card but I don't want anything sent to me through the mail or on my phone bill. Can everything be fine through email only. With no details on my phone bill ?
Q: I have another question... If I pay for the discount phone service is that helping only me not the inmate? Is he still having to purchase a phone card to call or can I have a service where I pay for his calls also without sending money for him to buy a card. I hope this is making sense. He's in jail and will go to prison. So in jail I still need to send money for him to purchase a calling card correct? Then in prison how can he call where it's on me and I don't have to send money for a card or take collect calls.
