Q: My boyfriend is in Harrison County detention center. He hasn't called in 5 days and I am pregnant and needed to talk to him. I got a message through to the chaplain and he says that he has been unable to call. He gets his yard time between 6-10am. Is it possible that the phones aren't turned on at that time? Do they have time restrictions on phones? He called everyday when he was let out in the evenings. Are mornings different? I'm so worried and I'm in a different state. Thaks
