Q: MY HUSBAND IS IN AN OHIO PRISON HAS DONE THREE YEARS WITHOUT ANY TICKETS, NOW THAT HE IS ONLY THIRTY DAYS AWAY FROM GOING TO A HALFWAY HOUSE HE WAS PLACED IN SEGREGATION FOR INVESTIGATION, HE TOLD ME FOR A MONTH PRIOR TO THIS THAT EVERYDAY THE SAME OFFICER WOULD SEARCH HIS CELL AND NEVER FOUND ANYTHING, MY QUESTION IS WILL HE STILL BE RELEASED TO THE HALFWAY HOUSE, AND HOW LONG CAN THEY KEEP HIM IN SEGREGATION?
