Q: My fiancee is an inmate was on federal parole they are holding him pending a psych evaluation and treatment for a mental disorder he started off in Joplin city and got transported to one county .he got transported Thursday and been to two other counties I haven't had contact for two days how long does the process take to be transported and is he not able to contact me due to being transported
Q: Are federal inmates able to make calls during the time they are being transferred?and how long does this process take i am unable to locate him at this present time? It's been three days since we have had any contact of any sort?
