Q: My son is in Tucson federal for armed robbery a crime he was charged with for just being there, he took a plea and was sentenced to 3 ys. He has been moved several times due to safety issues. Someone got a hold of his paper work and now has been labeled a snitch and he has been threatened and beaten up. I called to inquire with his c3co3 or whatever they call them and he was rude and right off said my son was lying about being beat up or threatened. They have denied his 805 doc request for solitary confinement due to "bad paperwork" as he puts it and I don't know how to help him. What can I do about the 805 denial he's received 3 times?
