Q: What's the difference between inmate aid and reliance telephone? As far as I know they get reliance cards so how would it work if I sign up for inmate aid. But he has to get their phone cards. And if gets transferred how do I get new local number
Q: since I get charged for every mail or picture I send is there a way to pay for it at the end of month or the end of a 2 week period or is it going to charge my card $1.50 or what ever the amount is every time?? I would like to be able to pay for it in one amount instead a several small amounts.
Q: How do I delete this account I don't feel it works for me the way I want it too.
