Q: Our son has two families. His mothers and his fathers. Are financial accounts kept separate, or are we sending money to the commissary for everyone to use? How will our son keep track of the money his mother sends for letters, postcards, etc. and the money his father sends? Two accounts possibly? Does our son need to know the different accounts to pull from? I'm thoroughly confused. Not on my end because I have access to review my account but it seems confusing for the inmate.

Q: I sent $50.00 through Western Union last night. Is this money how I pay for letters or postcards from our "Unfortunately Incarcerated"? Sorry, but that's how I respond when anyone asks where Graham is. If not, inmateaid says that I would pay for his response - I guess I need to know how? Credit card every time seems confusing. Q: Could you please explain the visitation program at C Paul Phelps C C? Can there be an exception to the rule "visitation day" if parents are traveling from FL to see their son. We were hoping to see him on Sunday (I believe that's the correct visitation day) on the 27th. Are there special forms we need to fill out and submit prior to that day? If so,where do I get the form? Also how many people can visit? Three?
